Welcome. I'm the Hooded Hustler (excuse the ludicrous name).

I've always wanted to set up an anonymous account, and this is it.

Even more importantly, I'm on a massive 12 month mission to become debt free. It's going to take a huge amount of effort over these 12 months, but I was really keen to set up this site for a few reasons:

Accountability! I don't want to forget what I'm doing, and I want to act with purpose and intentionality in everything I do. This site I hope will help

Thinking as I type. I'm a big fan of using AI alongside writing, but I'm using ZERO AI for this site. It is pure old school typing. It is like a kind of therapy

Hopefully it might inspire others!

I may get to a point where I can monetise this account in some way if I get enough interest. This is certainly low down on the priorities at the moment, but I wouldn't pass up on this in the future if it is possible. 

In a nutshell, this is what I've been doing over the last 8 years. I've been self employed throughout this time, running one main business for the first 4 years of this, and then, over the last 4 running a range of online businesses.

Most of this time has gone really well, but the main business I've run over the last 18 months has not gone too well, and I wracked up a few debts, both business and personal, trying to keep everything afloat.

Not great.

But now - and it is September 7th 2025 as I write this - I have just sold that business, and I'm waiting for the payout. This will hopefully clear all business debts.

Now, I have about $33,000 in personal debts to address. If these can be cleared by this time next year, then happy days!

That is the absolute goal. 

I'll be trying all of the side hustles I talk about on this site, and keeping you posted with daily X posts, weekly blog posts, and weekly newsletter sends.
